Leaving 20 years of corporate finance career to open a teahouse like no other, I did not know what I was doing. All I had was a dream. I was learning on the trays-and-error path; I closed the venue entirely in 2020 and reopened it again in 2021. Several people asked me recently to share my experience, and I am happy to respond!
