PRACTICE THE ART OF TEA AT FLOATING MOUNTAIN
The Art of Serving Tea is all about practice.
The students are serving tea from day one. I observe, adjust, point, highlight the principles and show the tricks. Still, the main focus is the hands-on practice of serving.
The groups are small, to ensure everybody has an opportunity to practice every workshop. I will be there to guide you, but significant work is on you!

SOUNDS GOOD, BUT...
Is it expensive?
It is really not expensive! The workshops are focused on the building the skills necessary to create unforgettable life-changing experience for other people. With this skill one is always in demand. Consider this as an investment you can return within 10 sessions at the lower/average price range for the tea ceremony. It is totally worth it.
What if I can't commit to the whole module?
I have a Japanese scroll int he teahouse, saying 一期一会 - (it͡ɕi. ɡo it͡ɕi. e) - which translates as every encounted in only once in a life time. I don't record the workshops, but once you are enrolled, you can attend the missed workshop when it is scheduled the next time.
Am I ready?
It is for you to decide. There is a Chinese proverb, I would like to share.
- When is the best time to plant a tree?
- The best time was 40 years ago. The second best is now!
