Surrounded by fruit trees it inherent sweet flavor of tree blossom at the time of picking. Important characteristics of Bi Luo Chun are the deep green color (Bi), curled shape similar to snail (Luo) and early spring harvest (Chun), which result in its white feathery appearance. To make this tea, a new buds are plucked, withered for an hour or two, pan-fried, hand shaped and dried.
