RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unused and not damaged items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase day.
Please note that sale items and loose leaf tea cannot be returned.
To receive the shipping label for return, please contact us via e-mail : email@example.com. Please indicate the order number and the items you would like to return. We will e-mail the label for you to print out.
Please make sure to include your order slip or indicate the order number in returning package.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and will be shipped with Domestic USPS Priority (1-3 days delivery) of International USPS Priority (6-10 days delivery) service for items available in stock.
For tea orders only:
If we do not have enough quantity in stock to satisfy an order of tea at once, please allow us 3-6 weeks of restock period. We will keep you posted on the status of the delivery via e-mail.
We care about environment and do our best to pack as waistless as possible, but we will provide enough padding for fragile items and enough room for loose leaf teas, to make sure tea is not crashed. If you received damaged item, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org.
