Chinese Tea Dissected is a live, ongoing series of theoretical and practical studies of teas, featured at Floating Mountain for Tea Club and Tea School Members. Live Zoom sessions take place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15pm EST. 
 
3-5 tea samples a month from Floating Mountain’s exclusive tea collection will be shipped to your home at the time of enrollment. The samples are suggested to be used for homework assignments and practical session in school.
 
In theory classes on Tuesday, we explore the regions, the history of tea production of each area, and the specific techniques used for processing tea.
 
Practical sessions on Thursday give the students an opportunity to brew tea, explore different methods, learn new techniques and practice ceremonies appropriate for each tea.

For current month enrollment, please make sure to complete your payment before the 5th of the month. Payments processed after the 5th day of the month will automatically enroll you into next month’s classes.
