Come by Floating Mountain on Wednesday evening, March 14th, for an in-depth talk and tasting of China’s most renown and rare wulong teas! Local tea scholar and tea practitioner Scott Norton will be serving up all sorts of amazing wulong varieties and styles, directly sourced from the tea mountains of Chaozhou, Wuyishan, and Anxi. The talk will be accompanied by traditional forms of tea brewing, focusing on different approaches and methods to unlock the distinctive and diverse array of flavors unique to the semi-oxidized teas of China.
